reduce the fat in your body. Coupled with good diet, the fat will
start to melt.
And last is the
most drastic. Cosmetic surgery. This should be considered as the
ultimate last result but you need to be aware that even if you
do go under the knife, if you don’t change your life style
as per the suggestions above, your man boobs will probably grow
back anyway. Each individual is different as will be the results
so this should only be considered and looked at very carefully.
Turning Man Boobs into Muscle
Another step is to turn man boobs into muscle. You don’t
have to go to the gym every day to achieve this and can be done
at home. There are many publications which can give you ideas
to suit your schedule.
If you don’t feel disciplined
enough to work out at home, join a gym and get some the staff
to write you a personal training plan to achieve your goals.
This step is important because having
just a little bit of muscle will help burn fat. Having a bit more
